Paolo Damia    

Paolo graduated from Mechanical Engineering in the Politecnico di Milano University and since 2011 he is the Trevisearch Managing Director. At International level, Paolo is also one of the founders of AltoPartners, born in 2006 and become today one of the most important Executive Search groups worldwide. Paolo joined Trevisearch in 2001 as a Partner, bringing sound innovations in the company’s methodologies, in particular introducing organizational and individual assessments based on people effective abilities more than on their supposed competences. Before joining Trevisearch, Paolo started his career in 1987, with 7 years of operative, commercial and managerial experiences in Alfa Romeo, Fiat Auto and Europ Assistance. Then, from 1994 to 2001, he contributed for 7 years to the development of the Italian branch of a well known multinational consulting firm specialized in human resources management, driving the Executive Search dedicated team. Paolo De Sanctis    

Paolo is a graduate in Philosophy and Political Science. He holds an INSEAD MBA in International Executive Management. Prior to joining Treviseach-AltoPartners, Paolo gained eleven years of Executive Search experience. He spent five years as a Partner with Eric Salmon, and most recently worked for Unosearch, a division of Pambianco Group and Stantonchase International. He focuses his activity on board and senior management positions, in Italy and internationally, within the Consumer Products and Services, Luxury and Fashion, Retail and Professional Services sectors. Paolo began his career in the marketing branch of Cigahotels, a luxury hotel chain, before holding positions with prominent Consumer Products companies including Johnson Wax, Ferrarelle and Chiari & Forti, where he gained a wealth of experience at increased levels of responsibility. In 1992, Paolo was appointed International Operation Director of Danone Group’s Pasta and Grocery Division in Paris. With the new economy developing, Paolo later continued his career as COO and Partner of Gospark, an e-business company, and as General Manager of Gabrius, a multimedia company. Angela Paladino    

Angela graduated from Modern Foreign Languages and matured almost twenty years of experience in the HR consultancy. After a long-time collaboration in the area of people evaluation and assessments, Angela joined Trevisearch in 2012 as a Partner responsible of the Pharma and Life Science sector, having also the responsibility to drive the team dedicated to people and organization assessments. More than that, Angela collaborates with some Universities driving research projects about the new jobs and new professional developments, she is a teacher herself in the Market Access specialization course held by the Milano Bicocca University, inside of which she also participates a board committee in the Statistical Sciences faculty. Before joining Trevisearch, Angela started her career in a multinational HR consulting firm, where she spent ten years in recruitment, selection and assessment of middle managers, also becoming responsible for internal Selection and Training. Then, she continuously increased her competences and experiences directly working with client companies as a freelance and sometimes also outsourcer of HR functions. Angela speaks Italian, English, French and some Spanish.

Stefano Doveri    

Graduated in Accounting, Stefano collaborates with Trevisearch since 2006, managing important and complex projects across different sectors. Today in Trevisearch Stefano is driving the Information & Communication Technology practice, also giving a significant contribution to the development of the one dedicated to Life Sciences. Before joining Trevisearch, Stefano started his career in 1982 in Computer Associates (today CA Technologies), where for around 7 years from 1997 to 2005 he was the Human Resources Director of the Italian, Greek, Spanish and Portuguese branches. During his long professional career as a HRD, Stefano directly managed projects of Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Planning. While in consultancy, he has been the project leader of important processes of Assessments and Outsourcing of HR functions. Stefano speaks Italian and English.

Daniela Piccolo    

Graduated in Economics with specialization in labour organization at the Bocconi University in Milan, Daniela completed her academic background in Human Resources attending a Master in workforce transition & outplacement. She joined Trevisearch in 2010, as Client Director focused on multinational companies, mainly in ICT, Services, FMCG and Industrial sectors. Before joining Trevisearch, Daniela developed her career working in multinational companies, Danone and Vodafone, always in HR departments, gradually increasing her responsibility both in corporate and in HR management roles. Daniela speaks Italian, English and French.

Sabrina Aziani    

Graduated in Economics, Sabrina joined Trevisearch in 2006 as a Researcher, managing an impressive amount of projects for Italian and International Clients across different sectors. Today in Trevisearch Sabrina is the Search Office Manager, coordinating the search activities and finding the best talents wherever they are! Before joining Trevisearch, Sabrina started her career working in the Human Resources Departments in Henkel and in Leroy Merlin. Sabrina speaks Italian and English.

Claudia Di Rosa    

Graduated in Human Resources Management and specialized in Labour Sciences, Claudia joined Trevisearch in 2011 as a Researcher and quickly developed her strong personal gifts, becoming today one of the main pillars of our Research team. Determined and persistent, Claudia never surrenders and always finds the best solution, even when it seems to be impossible. Claudia speaks Italian and English.
